Female Offender Strategy Delivery Plan 2022 to 2025
To our knowledge, this is the first delivery plan for the Female Offender Strategy produced in 2018. Implementation was clearly severely impacted by the pandemic and implementation to date is limited. The plan includes some strong commitments which we hope to see implemented.
