Yasmin manages the smooth running of the PI Business Office, including membership enquiries, office management and providing support to the Chief Executive and Board.

Before joining the Probation Institute, Yasmin worked for the Probation Association and its forerunner, Central Probation Council for 14 years, having previously worked for The College of Law for over 10 years as senior PA to the Chairman and the Director of Continuing Education. Yasmin has previous roles as a senior PA in a number of organisations and team leader in a publishing company. She was the national administrator for the Local Crime: Community Sentence project.
