Unlocking women's potential
The Probation Institute recently invited Olivia Dehnavi to talk to our Professional Discussion Group about the work of Working Chance, a third sector organisation specifically focussing on employment for women leaving prison. The slides are very informative. We hope practitioners will use the services of Working Chance to support women into employment. It's important to note that low numbers of women surveyed by Working Chance say that they were helped with employment by probation practitioners.
