Our Professional Discussion Group recently featured a discussion about Procedural Justice led by Kate Netten from the Evidence Based Practice Team in HMPPS.

Procedural justice concerns the fairness and the transparency of the processes by which decisions are made in legal settings including all courts, tribunals and hearings, dispute resolution and in the distribution of resources
