Probation reform: Your questions answered
Last month, probation underwent a major shake-up with the scrapping of 21 regional Community Rehabilitation Companies and the launch of a new national Probation Service covering the whole of England and Wales. It marks a reversal of the Government’s decision in 2013 to split and part-privatise probation.
