Minority ethnic prisoners and rehabilitation 2020

The Prison Service Inspectorate reports very serious disparities in the experience of BAME prisoners. This report requires an early Action Plan engaging prisons, probation and resettlement organisations to work together to transform minority ethnic prisoners experience.
