Chief Inspector calls for an independent review of the Probation Service
Justin Russell's statement in advance of launching his final annual report as Chief Inspector of Probation. We are pleased to see the call for an independent review of whether Probation should return to local control and we are concerned that Justin does not find more improvement in his report.
