The 24th Annual Bill McWilliams Memorial Lecture
The Cambridge Institute for Criminology invites you to the 2022 Bill McWilliams Memorial Lecture.
LECTURE DETAILS
This will take place on Thursday 9 June at the Institute of Criminology, University of Cambridge. Attendance is possible in person or on-line.
For those attending in person there will be a buffet lunch from 1.00pm.
The lecture will begin at 2.00pm.
The lecture Can Probation be Rehabilitated? will be given by Gwen Robinson, Professor of Criminal Justice, University of Sheffield, with respondents Nicola Carr (Professor in Criminology, University of Nottingham) and Gerry McNally (President of the Confederation of European Probation and Assistant Director in the Probation Service in Ireland). The biographies of our speakers and some information about the history of the lecture series are attached to this invitation.
