A free online programme for leaders with lived experience of the Criminal Justice System to recognise their potential and strengthen their collective voice.

This free, bespoke online leadership programme is designed to provide a safe and supportive environment where lived experience leaders can enhance their social justice work, build and extend their confidence, gain visibility, and amplify their collective strength so they continue to drive positive change, tackle systemic inequalities, and effectively respond to the challenges brought about by Covid-19.
