Claire has worked in Probation since graduating 15 years ago. Within her time working for Kent Probation, and latterly KSS CRC, she has worked in Court and offender management teams, specialising in domestic abuse. She has managed a range of projects, including the provision of women’s services, as well as six years as a Senior Probation Officer, including working in one of the most deprived wards in the Country. More recently, as Head of Business Improvement and People Development, she held organisational responsibility for Learning and Professional Development, Investigations, quality assurance and service user involvement. Claire is currently Head of Service for Rehabilitation, managing operations in the largest function in KSS CRC.
