The Justice Select Committee Inquiry into RJ – Probation Institute submission

The Justice Select Committee has published a call for views on any aspect of the use or potential use of restorative justice in the criminal justice system. The deadline for written submissions is 31 January 2016 and the Probation Institute is planning to put forward views from a probation perspective.
